This week marks the end of the 2008-09 school year which means high school graduations and parties. In addition, it is the kickoff to the Summer months where teenagers are unsupervised while their parents are at work.
In an effort to promote a safe Summer for teens, Captain Pat Neville from the Bolden Area Command met with the media on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Circle Park, to discuss Summer safety tips for teens and their parents.
Captain Neville addressed:
- Dangers of teen texting party invitations
- Laws pertaining to teen driving
- Teen Curfew
